The 12th International Conference on Research in Advertising (ICORIA)
The 12th International Conference on Research in Advertising (ICORIA) was held on June 27-29, 2013 at the School of Economics and Management in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia.
The conference theme "To Boldly Go..." Extending the Boundaries of Advertising embodies the current trends in both traditional and non-traditional advertising research and practice, as well as the expansion of the conference itself to new territories. Around 100 papers on various topics related to advertising and brand communication will be presented during the two days of the conference: June 28th and 29th, 2013. The conference will take place on the campus of the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, consistently voted the best business school in Croatia by Eduniversal.
ICORIA 2013: Looking back
Co-organized by the EAA and the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, the 12th ICORIA took place in Zagreb, Croatia from June 27 to June 29, 2013. Following the interesting and enlightening keynote lecture by Prof. Sanjay Putrevu of University at Albany, SUNY, the 105 participants from 23 countries took part in 24 parallel sessions of the conference, during which 86 papers were presented. The conference topic, "To Boldly Go..." Extending the Boundaries of Advertising, was reflected in the topics covered by the papers presented, as well as in the adventurous spirit of the conference and its participants. Hotels and Accommodation in Zagreb
The 12th International Conference on Research in Advertising will take place on the campus of the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, situated in a green, residential area of Zagreb, close to the city center, and well-connected by public transport. Delegates should book their own accommodation. ICORIA 2013: deadline extended
After receiving a number of requests, the chair of this year's conference has decided to extend the ICORIA deadline by a few days. The new deadline is March 20, 2013.
